Drippy Dancey Pants

Here is the first hand drawn animation I have ever done. I call it Drippy Dancey Pants and it parodies 1930's dance animation. The song is Ali Baba goes to Town by Raymond Scott. All in all, Im pretty proud of my first attempt especially since this was done for an electronic media class and not an animation class. Enjoy!

Latest illustration 1 stuff

All the work I've done so far for illustration 1 with Matt Rota
This assignment was to create an illustration based around another illustrator/artist. I choose animator, Dan Paladin, and I created a piece that dealt with new comedy v.s old.
A "family portrait"
An inkwash editorial assigment for a global warming articl. So far, this is my favorite piece.

Next, I have to "fix" these illustrations and submit for midterms. These will be posted soon!

Fine Arts!

Various life drawings from my life drawing class plus one I did in my spare time.

My last, and best, painting from painting 1. I call it Aliens in Candy Land

Summer Comics: Part 1

Yo! School starts today at MICA as well as my serious attempt to manage my blog. So far, I love living in Baltimore and I have met tons of cool new people. Anyhoo, here are a couple comics I created for a contest early last summer. Unfortunatly, I got no recognition but I really like the ideas I had for my comic series, Toddzilla. Class starts soon so I'll let the images do the rest of the talking..

Last semester

Here some stuff from last semester. For the HCC Times, I made a three part comic story about a giant primate who is well past his prime, so he goes to community college!

These last 2 drawings are from my Drawing II Class with Mr. Adkins. He was definitely one of the best teachers I'de had so far and I consider these 2 drawings as the best ones from my class.

I started college at Howard Community College in Columbia, MD where I studied with some great professors and even cartooned for the school's newspaper. Here is some stuff from the previous academic year! Critiques welcome! This was a Halloween comic promoting the HCC costume contest
